Overview
One of our leading IT clients is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive with 1-1.5 yrs of experience in Software / Web Services sales. The role involves generating leads, acquiring new clients, conducting presentations, and driving revenue growth. This is a remote position, but the candidate should be open to travelling for client meetings whenever required.
Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities for software and web services.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Schedule and attend client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable software or web solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Update sales activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams for smooth project execution.
- Travel for client meetings and business development activities as required.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Software Sales, Web Services Sales, IT Sales, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
- Experience in B2B sales.
- Knowledge of website development, digital solutions, SaaS products, or custom software services.
- Experience using Linked In and other digital platforms for lead generation.
- Strong relationship management skills.
