We are looking for a Business Development & Partnerships Manager to build and grow Vitria’s channel and partner ecosystem. This is a hands‑on, deal‑driving role focused on recruiting, enabling, and scaling relationships with system integrators, technology and cloud partners, and resellers. You will be the connective tissue between Vitria and the partners that extend our reach, owning partnerships end to end — from first conversation to signed agreement to co‑sell revenue.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on relationship‑building, is comfortable carrying partner‑sourced targets, and wants to make a visible impact on a growing AIOps and Agentic AI business.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners — system integrators, technology/ISV partners, cloud marketplaces, and resellers — aligned to Vitria’s growth priorities.
  • Own partner relationships end to end: prospecting, negotiation, agreement execution, enablement, and ongoing account management.
  • Build and run joint go‑to‑market plans with partners, including co‑selling, co‑marketing, and pipeline‑generation initiatives.
  • Enable partners on Vitria’s AIOps and Agentic AI platform, value proposition, and use cases so they can position and sell effectively.
  • Drive partner‑sourced and partner‑influenced pipeline and revenue against clear targets.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align partner activity with company goals and customer needs.
  • Track partner performance, report on KPIs, and continuously refine the ecosystem strategy.
  • Represent Vitria at partner events, industry conferences, and networking opportunities.
What You’ll Bring
  • 3+ years in business development, channel/partnerships, or partner‑facing sales — ideally in enterprise software, SaaS, AIOps, or AI.
  • Proven track record of building partner relationships and driving partner‑sourced revenue.
  • Strong commercial instincts: comfortable structuring, negotiating, and closing partner agreements.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills across technical and business audiences.
  • Self‑starter who can operate independently in a remote, fast‑moving environment.
  • Partnership experience with Service Now and Datadog preferred.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for partner meetings and industry events.
Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with AIOps or IT Operations tools (observability, event/incident management, automation).
  • Experience with cloud marketplaces (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and co‑sell motions.
  • Existing network of system integrators or technology partners in the enterprise space.
  • Experience using CRM and partner‑management tools to track pipeline and performance.
