Compensation: $85,000+ Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

The RoleWe are seeking a high‑energy Senior Account Executive with a “hunter” mentality to drive new business acquisition. This is a results‑oriented role where you will own the entire sales lifecycle—from initial prospecting to closing and managing high‑volume accounts. You will be supported by a strong operations team, allowing you to focus on what you do best: selling and scaling revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Proactively prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities within freight brokerage, 3PL, and international forwarding.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a consistent sales funnel through high‑volume outbound activity, including cold calling, email campaigns, and virtual/in‑person meetings.
- Account Growth: Act as the primary point of contact for new clients, ensuring successful onboarding and identifying opportunities to expand service offerings within existing accounts.
- Operational Synergy: Partner closely with the operations and carrier procurement teams to ensure service execution meets and exceeds client expectations.
- CRM Excellence: Maintain meticulous records of sales activity, lead status, and performance metrics to ensure data‑driven territory management.
- Revenue Performance: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and annual gross profit (GP) targets to maximize your uncapped commission potential.
- Industry Expertise: 3–7+ years of proven sales experience specifically within Logistics, Freight Brokerage, or 3PL.
- Proven Track Record: A demonstrated history of winning new business and hitting aggressive sales quotas in a high‑volume, KPI‑driven environment.
- Sales Acumen: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. You must be comfortable speaking with everyone from shipping managers to C‑suite executives.
- Self‑Starter Mindset: Ability to stay disciplined and motivated in a 100% remote work environment.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional industry experience.
- Experience selling diversified modes (Full Truckload, LTL, Ocean, and Air).
- Familiarity with the Southeast U.S. logistics market and trade lanes involving Puerto Rico or the Caribbean is a significant plus.
