Hiring Real Estate Acquisition Agents I Manage Inbound Warm-Hot Leads

Full‑time
Compensation: $145,000–$225,000 per year.
Responsibilities- Work warm and hot inbound digital marketing leads.
- Build trust with homeowners and understand their goals.
- Negotiate purchase agreements and creative solutions.
- Work closely with underwriting and transaction teams.
- Manage follow‑up using our CRM and proven systems.
- Help homeowners through what is often one of the biggest decisions of their lives.
- 3+ years of acquisition or inside sales experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self‑motivated, competitive, and goal‑oriented.
- Comfortable working remotely.
- Available 9:00AM–6:00PM EST or 11:30AM–8:00PM EST.
- Real estate experience strongly preferred.
- Warm & hot inbound leads generated through digital marketing.
- 3–5 contracts per week potential.
- Weekly and monthly commission payouts.
- Performance and volume bonus.
- Paid vacation and major holidays.
- Clear path to leadership and management.
- Training, coaching, and daily support.
