Ideally, you've spent 1–3 years selling SaaS or technology solutions in a high-volume, consultative sales environment.

You'll work alongside experienced teammates in a collaborative, high-performance culture where innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement are part of our everyday work.## ## Responsibilities
* Identify, engage, and nurture qualified inbound and outbound prospects through phone, email, Linked In, and other outreach channels.
* Own the entire sales process from discovery through close, including qualification, product demonstrations, proposal development, negotiation, and contract execution.
* Build and manage a healthy pipeline of SMB and mid-market opportunities.
* Conduct compelling product demonstrations that clearly communicate business value and ROI.
* Develop a deep understanding of customer challenges and position Zyratalk as a strategic solution.
* Consistently exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals.
* Partner closely with Sales Development, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to create an exceptional buyer experience.
* Represent Zyratalk at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings as needed.## ## Experience & Skills
* 1–3 years of SaaS, software, or technology sales experience.
* Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
* Strong consultative selling and discovery skills.
* Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
* Competitive, resilient, and motivated by achieving results.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
* Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Hub Spot preferred.
* Experience using modern sales engagement tools such as Salesloft, Outreach, Apollo, or similar is a plus.
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
