Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow relationships within the customer base
• Develop strategic account plans for profitable growth
• Provide technical support through product demonstrations
• Conduct training for customers on application methods
• Utilize Salesforce to manage sales activities and forecasts
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Business, Chemistry, or Engineering
• Minimum five years of territory sales experience
• Strong understanding of industrial coatings and finishing equipment
• Proven business development skills
• Ability to travel approximately 50% across Canada
