Salary Range: $37,700.00 - $ per year

Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

• Required, no exceptions, Active Property & Casualty license
• Experience selling home and auto insurance
• Proven closing track record — be ready to speak to your numbers
• Reliable internet and dedicated home workspace

• Close new home and auto insurance policies
• Follow up on inbound leads from agency marketing
• Build client relationships to drive referrals and retention
• Attend daily coaching and implement feedback into your process
• Hit weekly and monthly production goals
• Track activity and pipeline metrics consistently
