MariaDB is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to drive long-term success, value, and retention for a diverse US-based customer portfolio. This full-time remote role offers a base salary of $70,000–$75,000 plus a $30,000–$32,000 bonus, plus comprehensive benefits.
You will educate customers on MariaDB solutions, collaborate with Sales Engineers and Account Executives, and act as a trusted advisor to help customers achieve business goals and maximize value from our MariaDB investments.
