This position is based in the US, specifically on the West Coast.
Your Mission:You will nurture and support an extended sales cycle, explaining and demonstrating our platform to numerous stakeholders. You will be a close ally to our Account Executives, working hand in hand to facilitate complex relationships. You have excellent communication and project management skills.
- Work closely with Account Executives in pre‑sales period, helping to close deals by acting as Git Guardian’s technical voice & product expert.
- Provide support for PoCs, perform technical product demos, address concerns, and support pipeline generation by running secrets analysis.
- Architect and build custom workflows for prospective customers to show the value of our product and how it fits into their environment.
- Post‑sales, answer Tier 1 support needs of existing Enterprise customers.
- Partner with the Marketing and Product teams to create technical collaterals that improve understanding of our solutions and market needs.
- 4–7+ years of experience as a technical Sales Engineer in a Cybersecurity, Dev Ops or Dev Sec Ops environment (must‑have).
- Solid understanding of modern SDLC, the difference between microservices and monolithic architecture, and CI/CD.
- Ability to sell to technical teams and discuss their daily workflow (SDLC, CI/CD, microservices).
- Experience navigating complex sales cycles in large Enterprise environments.
- Well‑developed project‑management skills suitable for multi‑threaded pre‑ and post‑sales periods.
- Customer‑facing & sales‑oriented personality.
- Spanish and/or Portuguese speaking skills are a plus.
