Who We Are Looking For:
We’re looking for a coachable individual seeking an opportunity that will give professional growth in sales in a scaling organization. You’ll have the freedom to think outside the box, so you’ll need to be self‑dependent and really organized. If you consider yourself to be curious, creative and bold, as well as a natural people‑person who’s great at building rapport, we would love to hear from you!
What will you get up to?
- Territory development:
Prospect, identify, initiate, develop and nurture business relationships and opportunities in market/target accounts to generate new business opportunities - Perform outbound calls and engage in other forms of communication (i.e. email, live events etc.) to prospect for new opportunities
- Identify key decision‑makers, determine buying readiness and timelines
- Research target accounts and identify key decision‑makers to create high‑quality sales opportunities
- Strategies with account executives on approach and traction to new business opportunities
- Capture and manage information/data/metrics in Hubspot
- Provide feedback to marketing on what conversations/content work well and what isn’t working, seeking continuous improvement
You’ll be great for this role if you have:
- 2+ years of experience in outbound B2B sales or business development. Experience in SaaS or HR Tech is a strong advantage, but not a requirement.
- Experience or knowledge in HR or with HR tech‑related platforms would also be a huge plus!
- Fluent in Polish – must!
- Upper‑intermediate level in English – must!
- Desire to work in a fast‑paced start‑up working environment
- Strong work ethic, integrity and desire to succeed, individually and as part of your team
- Passionate about people and building relationships
- Self‑disciplined, persistent and proactive, with strong organizational and time management skills.
