Highland Homes is seeking an Online Sales Associate to work with the online sales team, assisting dozens of potential home buyers daily. You will assess buyer preferences, identify opportunities, and convert inquiries to qualified leads by connecting with a sales counselor or scheduling appointments.
You will support a collaborative team, manage CRM updates, and help maintain strong relationships with Realtors and sales staff across markets. Prior experience in sales or homebuilding is valued.
