Candidates must reside in or be willing to commute to the following zip codes: 98328, 98330, 98338, 98371, 98373, 98375, 98387, 98388, 98403, 98404, 98405, 98406, 98407, 98408, 98409, 98418, 98421, 98444, 98445, 98446, 98466, 98467, 98498, 98499, 98576. This is a remote position; candidates must be comfortable traveling to each of the store locations. The position requires driving a personal vehicle approximately 55 miles per day.

Mileage will be reimbursed at 62 cents per mile.

This position is considered “Continuous Part‑Time” working 20‑25 hours per week. On average, a TSA will visit between 6‑10+ accounts per day. The role offers flexible work schedules based on personal needs, territory needs, and being present in stores when key decision makers are available. Workday should overlap the core hours of 6:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday‑Friday, unless otherwise required by business needs.

Hourly starting rate: $17.40–$18.40 per hour, subject to skill, experience, and geographical variation.

• Sell and maintain 100% distribution of all “authorized” Hershey Items in assigned territory, ensuring flawless retail execution of headquarters sales and merchandising plans.
• Achieve all merchandising objectives through the effective use of permanent secondary displays and other display vehicles.
• Report weekly activity, expenses, account changes, promotions, and all administrative functions within assigned territory.
• Submit daily activities through tablets upon completion of each day.
• Manage sales territory, which varies due to size, number of retailers, and location.

• Valid U.S. state‑issued driver’s license.
• Personal vehicle in sound operating condition.
• Auto insurance policy indicating minimum coverage of $100,000 per person / $100,000 per accident / $100,000 property damage, permitting business use.
• Willingness to reside within or commute to the territory boundaries listed above.
• Ability to drive long distances to make multiple sales calls daily.
• Capacity to lift 10–40 lbs regularly.
• Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, and demonstrate manual dexterity frequently.
• Proficiency with tablet technology.
• Daily access to wireless internet.
• Flexibility and adaptability to territory changes.
• Availability to work 20‑25 hours per week.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience:
  
  3–4 years in food merchandising preferred but not required.
