Basic Function
The Application Sales Representative is focused on growing and maintaining long‑term recurring revenue through sales. This position will ensure continuous sales of consumables products and develop and maintain optimal customer relationships. Maximizing patient cases and ensuring customer satisfaction is essential. With expert technical case assistance and advice, the Application Sales Specialist will ensure proper and accurate clinical case support and will activate technical support from the appropriate team when necessary to optimise the medical procedure outcome and consequently increase the gain of trust by the customer resulting in the promotion of both the Imricor technology and achieve sales results.
The role requires 80% field presence to engage with customers, with the remaining 20% allocated for home‑office and administrative duties. Active participation in weekly and monthly calls is crucial for effective personal and team planning. Attendance at congresses or workshops is also expected, with a proactive and knowledgeable approach at the booth.
Responsibilities
- Manages and grows existing customer relationships as well as, develops new customers in collaboration with the direct supervisor.
- Conducts product demonstrations and training for customers.
- Addresses customers’ inquiries and technical issues to optimize both the quality of the performance of Imricor’s products as well as developing and strengthening internal (with colleagues) and external (with customers) relationships.
- Monitors consumables for validity (expiry dates and condition) and actual use at customer site to maximize sales and ensure business continuity.
- Meets monthly, quarterly, yearly sales goals.
- Tracks sales performance and provides comprehensive reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
- Develops strategies in cooperation with direct supervisor to facilitate the enhancement of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Ensures accurate and timely updates to Imricor’s CRM, including records of deals, meetings, cases, emails and other critical customer information.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of sales experience, medical device industry with proven results preferred.
- Sales cycle/process knowledge required.
- Experience with a CRM system required.
- Experience in Cardiology preferred.
- Ability to travel 80% with a valid driver’s license and passport.
- Ability to speak English fluently and speak the local territory language fluently.
- Experience with Microsoft Office:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint. - Driven, ambitious and self‑starter.
Working Conditions
- Light work, exerting up to 20 lbs. of force or less.
- 80% Travel to Customers and working in hospitals.
- 20% Working at home office.
- Significant work pace & pressure due to deadlines.
This position is responsible for complying with the Quality System requirements and carrying out responsibilities as outlined in the environmental, health, and safety policies.
