Summary:

As a Sales Representative, you'll handle inbound and outbound calls, process new leads, and qualify them based on specific criteria. Passion and eagerness to learn are essential.
- Manage outbound and inbound intake calls with disabled veterans, ensuring accurate eligibility verification, collection of required documentation, and scheduling appointments across multiple time zones.
- Educate veterans on For The Veteran ’s mission, available resources, and how we can support them in successfully filing their disability claim through the VA.
- Provide compassionate and empathetic support to veterans, addressing questions or concerns about the claims process.
- Collaborate with our team of experts to ensure veterans receive comprehensive and personalized assistance tailored to their unique needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in our CRM system.
- Stay informed about changes to VA regulations and policies that may impact veterans’ eligibility for benefits and communicate updates as needed.
- Consistently meet performance standards by generating 15 qualified leads weekly while managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
- Genuine passion for helping disabled veterans, paired with empathy and a commitment to making a positive impact in their lives.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets, including handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build rapport with veterans over the phone and through clear, professional correspondence.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Self‑motivated and results‑driven, with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Comfortable working in a fully remote environment, with access to reliable internet and a quiet, designated workspace.
- Knowledge of VA benefits and the claims process is preferred but not required.
- Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check.
