Are you a driven and ambitious sales professional with a passion for winning new business and reigniting dormant relationships? At Colt, we're looking for a high-performing Account Executive to lead growth across low-penetration, low-spending, and dormant large enterprise accounts in the Netherlands - with a sharp focus on new logo acquisition.
This is a strategic role suited to someone who thrives on challenge, is commercially astute, and has a proven ability to open doors and build long-term value. We're looking for someone with the mindset and capability to lead complex engagements and deliver real business outcomes.
Own and drive new business acquisition across low-spending and dormant large enterprise accounts in the Netherlands.
Identify and unlock new logo opportunities within the Netherlands enterprise landscape.
Develop tailored strategies to re-engage underutilized accounts and convert them into active, high-value customers.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders across complex organizations.
Use data and insights to prioritize targets and shape winning sales strategies.
Lead consultative sales engagements across Colt's portfolio (cloud, networking, SD-WAN, voice, security).Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution from pre-sales to delivery.
Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline discipline using modern sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDPICC, Challenger).Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).Proven success in new business development, ideally in telecoms, IT services, SaaS, or digital infrastructure.
Experience engaging large enterprise customers with a consultative, outcome-based approach.
Strong commercial acumen and familiarity with strategic sales methodologies.
A self-starter mindset with a hunter mentality and a passion for unlocking growth.
Ability to influence and build trust at executive level.
