This is an exciting opportunity with Aleph, an AI-driven platform for Financial Planning & Analysis. As the first Account Manager, you will manage renewals, expansion, and growth strategies while collaborating closely with customer success managers.
Your role will require a deep understanding of finance and the ability to communicate effectively with CFOs and economic buyers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the renewal process for assigned accounts
• Formalize and scale the expansion playbook
• Collaborate with CSMs on account strategies
• Engage with finance teams to understand their workflows
• Conduct pricing negotiations with confidence
Requirements:
• Strong analytical background in finance or consulting
• Proven quota-carrying sales experience
• High adaptability and quick learning skills
• Ability to communicate with CFOs and FP&A teams
• Experience in B2B SaaS customer-facing roles
