Job DescriptionThis role will cover named accounts near San Diego. It is a full‑time remote position for an Enterprise Account Executive. The responsibilities include driving customer engagement and generating strategic revenue through prospecting and fostering strong client relationships. You will identify customer needs, present solutions, manage accounts, close business deals, and provide consultative selling services. Collaboration with cross‑functional teams to meet and exceed sales targets is essential.
Qualifications- Proven expertise in Software Sales with experience in achieving and exceeding revenue targets
- Strong skills in Lead Generation and Sales, with the ability to identify and engage potential customers
- Experience in Account Management and the ability to foster long‑term client relationships
- Demonstrated ability in Consultative Selling to address customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in sales tools and CRM platforms
- Self‑driven, goal‑oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and remote environment
- Experience in cybersecurity or IT solutions is a plus
Conduct duties and responsibilities in accordance with AWN’s Information Security policies, standards, processes and controls to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of AWN business information. Compensation& Benefits
Base salary range: $91,000 to $194,000 USD annually. In addition to base pay, Arctic Wolf offers variable incentive compensation, new hire equity grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
