We are looking for a motivated and outgoing Entry-Level
Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a flexible full-time position with uncapped commissions and bonuses. • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients
• Develop insurance quotes based on client needs
• Present solutions with confidence and close sales effectively
• Network and generate referrals to expand your pipeline
• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals
• Educate and advise clients on coverage options and risk management

• Valid Oklahoma Property & Casualty Insurance License (or willingness to obtain)
• Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and coachable attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Flexible schedule availability (40 hours per week; not required to be 8–5, M–F)
