Job DescriptionThe Direct Sales Agent Specialist (Direct Auto Insurance) is responsible for profitable growth and attainment of business goals by driving new sales, understanding customers’ needs, and building lasting relationships. The role involves meeting new clients in person and over the phone, conducting outreach and community engagement, and maintaining a strong book of business.
As a Direct Sales Agent Specialist, you will:
- Achieve sales goals through new business, cross‑sell, and retention.
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline, including local lead generation and referrals.
- Develop relationships within the community, such as dealerships, events, and local partners.
- Conduct outbound prospecting and follow‑ups to convert opportunities into sales.
- Partner with leadership to support sales and local marketing initiatives.
- Stay informed on products, underwriting guidelines, and market competition.
- Deliver results aligned with performance standards, compliance requirements, and customer experience expectations.

Base compensation: $20.00 per hour. Total compensation for this role may include incentive pay, such as commissions and bonuses, based on individual and team performance.
