We’re seeking an enthusiastic Insurance Sales Representative to help grow our agency by building lasting client relationships and delivering personalized insurance solutions. You’ll work with warm leads, receive ongoing mentorship and licensing support, and enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work environment.
- Base Pay: $20.00 per hour, with expected first year income between $45,000 - $60,000

- Generate new business through networking, referrals, marketing, and agency leads.
- Consult with clients to assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
- Prepare and present personalized insurance quotes and explain policy options.
- Educate clients on auto, home, life, and business insurance solutions.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and performance goals.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up to build long-term relationships.
- Active Property & Casualty license required.
- Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Self‑motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Customer‑focused with strong problem‑solving skills.
- Comfortable learning insurance systems and technology.
- Coachable, resilient, and driven to achieve results.
