Personal Injury Protection (PIP) Account Executive

We are expanding our PIP sales division into Massachusetts and looking for driven, relationship‑focused sales professionals to take this market by storm.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage the entire sales cycle— from prospecting to closing—with medical providers throughout your territory.
- Educate providers on the PIP revenue recovery process and demonstrate how partnering with our firm can grow their practice.
- Build and sustain long‑term client relationships that reflect trust, consistency, and results.
- Represent the firm at events, developing new provider connections and strengthening existing ones.
- Exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Partner with the marketing team to craft innovative, growth‑focused strategies and events.
- Maintain and organize provider documentation, contracts, and communications.
- Deliver results and celebrate wins with your team.
- 5+ years of proven sales success, ideally in healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceutical sales.
- Strong relationships or familiarity with doctors, imaging centers, and healthcare decision‑makers.
- A hunter mindset—create opportunities rather than wait for them.
- Outstanding communication, organization, and follow‑up skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
