Job overview: Schneider is seeking a Senior Market Research Analyst to research, qualify and develop potential customer leads for the sales team. The Analyst will analyze prospective customers’ transportation requirements and supply chain needs to determine fit. The ideal candidate will be located in Green Bay, WI or Chicago, IL, but candidates from other locations may be considered.

• Prospect for leads using web-based tools, contact lists, research and outreach methods.
• Maintain customer information using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Work with the commercial team to determine market needs in specific areas.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create collateral, including campaigns and emails.
• Develop business opportunities through lead generation efforts.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospective executive-level customer contacts and sales leads.
• Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by management.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales or a related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant work experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding customer service and selling skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

  Starting salary is $82,200 – $102,900 per year based on experience.
