AMBA is seeking an Inside Sales Insurance Specialist to drive outbound enrollments in a high-volume, structured call center. This W2, remote role requires you to make 150+ outbound calls daily, educate members on Life and Health options, and convert conversations into enrollments.
You will use Salesforce to document activity and manage your sales pipeline, while meeting daily activity and monthly targets in a compensation plan with hourly base plus performance bonuses.
