As the Sales Director at Optis, you will spearhead new customer acquisitions by leading multifaceted sales efforts across various accounts. Your primary responsibility includes navigating through the entire sales cycle and facilitating workshops to identify client needs and deliver tailored proposals. Being assertive with pipeline management and proactive outreach will be crucial in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Close a pipeline of new customers for Optis
• Proactively create and maintain qualified sales pipeline
• Handle complex sales deals end-to-end
• Maintain consistent opportunity management discipline
• Clearly communicate Optis’ transformation value
Requirements:
• Demonstrated success in selling to Procurement / S2P leadership
• Proven track record with complex, lengthy sales cycles
• Experience achieving and exceeding sales quotas
• Strong skills in communication and negotiation
• Comfort with cross-functional collaboration
