Position: Account Executive (Remote - Carolinas/Charlotte)

Responsibilities
  • Execute assigned sales and marketing strategies by developing account plans and maintaining a profitable business.
  • Travel extensively throughout designated territory, calling on all assigned running specialty accounts; weekends sometimes required for key events.
  • Attend key retailer and channel events such as trade shows and conferences.
  • Provide the highest level of service and technical expertise from sell‑in to sell‑through.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with accounts and internal stakeholders to drive business.
  • Manage all aspects of the wholesale account list, including product presentations and trainings, business planning, order entry, operational tasks, order book management, shop merchandising, and sell‑through planning.
  • Achieve annual sales volume and channel distribution targets.
  • Deliver all orders by booking deadline.
  • Provide weekly account updates and sales tracking to the Channel Sales Manager.
  • Identify and cultivate new running specialty accounts within the territory.
  • Provide product and brand training throughout the territory to drive sales.
  • Proactively manage the order book with the Sales Support Rep on a daily and weekly basis.
Qualifications
  • College degree preferred.
  • At least 3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in the running and/or sports industry.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of the running specialty channel.
  • Former competitive high school or collegiate runner preferred.
  • Ability to travel extensively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Comprehensive, current experience and knowledge of running footwear and apparel, including competitive brands.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI).
  • High level of energy and professionalism.
  • Exceptional follow‑through and organizational skills.
  • Ability to convincingly present product and brand using PowerPoint and spreadsheet tools.
  • Efficient time‑management skills with ability to multitask and focus on primary business objectives in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
Compensation

The hiring range base pay for this position is $82,000–$111,315, plus bonus and benefits.
