About the Role

As an Enterprise Franchise Account Manager, you will work efficiently with large franchise groups to drive revenue growth, operational excellence, and customer service. This person will work closely with restaurant partners, the restaurant support team, marketing and operations teams to optimize partnerships and provide maximum value for both Uber and its partners.

• Navigate multiple relationships both internal and external to build strong relationships with Uber's enterprise franchise stakeholders.

• 4+ years of full-time professional experience
• Bachelor Degree

• 5+ years of full-time professional experience
• Experience in a client facing sales / performance-based role, managing goals and targets.
• Experience with in person presentations
• Experience with Salesforce
• Experience with negotiations, contracting and commercial conversations
• Previous experience working with enterprise or mid-market-sized accounts
• Experience manipulating data to make decisions and recommendations
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally

For Chicago, IL-based roles:
The total on-target earnings (OTE) range for this position is USD $122,143 - USD $135,714. The OTE includes a base salary range of USD $85,500 per year - USD $95,000 per year and an annualized cash variable incentive target of USD $36,643 - USD $40,714.

For Dallas, TX-based roles:
The total on-target earnings (OTE) range for this position is USD $122,143 - USD $135,714. The OTE includes a base salary range of USD $85,500 per year - USD $95,000 per year and an annualized cash variable incentive target of USD $36,643 - USD $40,714.

For New York City, NY-based roles:
The total on-target earnings (OTE) range for this position is USD $135,714 - USD $151,429. The OTE includes a base salary range of USD $95,000 per year - USD $106,000 per year and an annualized cash variable incentive target of USD $40,714 - USD $45,429.

The cash variable incentive target is based on individual sales performance and its payment is based on the terms of the Sales Incentive Plan. An equity award and other forms of compensation may be included in the offer. You will also be eligible for various benefits.

Unless approved for full remote work, employees must spend at least 50% of their time in-office. Some roles, like those at greenlight hubs, require full-time in-office presence. Ask your Recruiter for details about this role's requirements.
