Business Development, Sales Representative
Identify and prospect potential buyers from MT (Modern Trade), GT (General Trade), and Horeca (Hotel, Restaurant, Cafe) sectors
Present Indofresh products to potential buyers
Negotiate with buyers regarding contracts, pricing, and other sales agreements
Monitor the order process from initiation to product delivery while ensuring buyer satisfaction
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers to foster long-term partnerships
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet predetermined KPIs
Provide regular reports to management regarding sales performance, forecasts, and market trends
RequirementsMinimum education of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
At least 2 years of experience in FMCG sales within the MT, GT, or Horeca sectors
Strong understanding of product knowledge and market dynamics
Target-oriented and accustomed to achieving sales goals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rapid changes
Capable of working independently and as part of a team
Willing to be placed at Indofresh Marunda
Willing to work from office (Monday-Friday) and work from home (Saturday)
