Role Description

The Assistant Sales Executive is a full‑time, hybrid role based in Tangerang, with flexibility for some work‑from‑home days. In this position, the individual supports the sales team in identifying prospects, preparing proposals, and following up on leads across Fat Ninjas’ IT managed services offerings. Daily activities include maintaining accurate customer records, coordinating meetings and demos, and assisting with responses to client inquiries.

The role also involves collaborating with engineers to understand service capabilities, helping to prepare sales materials, and contributing to basic market research and reporting. The Assistant Sales Executive is expected to build strong client relationships, support the achievement of sales targets, and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • Basic understanding of IT services or technology solutions, with interest in learning about managed services and related offerings.
  • Organizational and administrative abilities, including maintaining CRM records, preparing documentation, and tracking sales activities.
  • Analytical and problem‑solving skills to support prospect research, lead qualification, and preparation of sales reports.
  • Proficiency in common office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software) and email communication.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, managing time effectively between office and remote work.
  • Previous experience or internship in sales support, customer service, or business development is an advantage.
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and working proficiency in English would be beneficial.
