Role DescriptionThis is a Part-time remote role for a Sales Specialist Sales Specialist will identify and qualify prospective General Partners, conduct discovery calls, and present Snixx’s solutions in a clear and compelling way. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, preparing tailored proposals, coordinating demos, and following up with leads to drive conversions and renewals. The role also involves collaborating closely with customer success and marketing teams to refine messaging, improve outreach strategies, and support training for new clients.
The Sales Specialist is expected to maintain accurate CRM records, meet or exceed sales targets, and contribute insights to optimize the overall sales process.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, handle inquiries, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience, including pipeline management, closing deals, and meeting performance targets.
- Ability to deliver Training and onboarding support for new clients, effectively explaining Snixx’s offerings and processes.
- Comfort with remote work, including self-management, time management, and proficiency with digital collaboration tools.
- Experience with CRM platforms, outbound prospecting, and data-driven sales strategies.
- Background in B2B SaaS, venture capital, private equity, or startup ecosystems is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and measurable outcomes.
