Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing account strategies, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role requires regular interaction with clients, developing proposals, managing projects, and driving growth within accounts. This position is based in Singapore, with some work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications- Experience in client relationship management, account management
- Proficient in developing account strategies and managing projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the technology or AI industry is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM tools and other relevant software
- Must be authorized to work in Singapore.
