Our client is a profitable, bootstrapped B2B SaaS company that helps small and mid-sized businesses manage and forecast cash flow. Their platform integrates with leading accounting tools and provides automated projections, scenario planning, and reporting.
Their platform integrates seamlessly with leading accounting and financial systems such as Quick Books Online, Quick Books Desktop, Xero, Fresh Books, and Sage Intacct, with additional integrations like Odoo planned. By connecting their existing accounting tools, customers can automatically generate cash flow forecasts, run scenario planning, and access real‑time financial insights without manual work.
With thousands of paying customers across the US, UK, Canada, and other English‑speaking markets, the company has achieved strong product‑market fit and continues to grow steadily, helping finance teams make smarter, faster decisions.
The RoleWe’re looking for a part-time Customer Success Manager to join the team and serve as the bridge between prospective customers and the product.
In this customer-facing role, you’ll lead live Zoom demos for trial users, helping them understand the platform, evaluate its value, and move confidently toward a purchase decision. You’ll also support existing customers by answering questions, providing guidance, and helping them get the most out of the platform.
This is a consultative role that combines elements of sales, customer success, and product expertise. You'll be expected to confidently guide conversations, understand accounting and bookkeeping fundamentals, and deliver a great customer experience in every interaction.
What You'll Do- Lead live product demos for trial prospects and guide them through the platform.
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs and tailor demonstrations accordingly.
- Explain pricing, use cases, and next steps clearly and confidently.
- Support existing customers with setup questions, troubleshooting, and product guidance.
- Send personalized follow-up emails after demos.
- Escalate technical issues appropriately when additional support is required.
- Represent the company professionally and create a positive customer experience throughout the customer journey.
- Near-native spoken and written English.
- Background in bookkeeping, accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of concepts such as cash flow, accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, and reconciliation.
- Comfortable presenting live via Zoom and sharing screens with customers.
- Reliable, organized, and highly accountable.
- Customer-focused and consultative communication style.
- Able to adapt to varying schedules and customer time zones.
- Experience working remotely with international teams.
- Previous experience running SaaS demos or working in a customer-facing software role.
- Sales, Account Executive, Customer Success, onboarding, or implementation experience.
- Hands‑on experience with Quick Books, Xero, or other accounting software.
- Experience supporting small and mid‑sized business customers.
