Trackunit is seeking a Scaled Customer Success Manager to manage a growing portfolio. You will implement structured engagement models while collaborating with Key and Technical Account Managers. Your focus will revolve around ensuring strong customer health, spotting trends, and executing outreach strategies to maintain client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own renewal health and retention across assigned accounts
• Monitor adoption and usage trends for proactive management
• Track customer health using quantitative and qualitative signals
• Identify expansion opportunities and facilitate handoffs to owners
• Partner with Key and Technical Account Managers for account needs
Requirements:
• 1–4 years in Customer Success or Account Management
• Experience in SaaS or handling diverse portfolios
• Comfortable analyzing data for account patterns
• Strong communication skills for customer interactions
• Familiarity with CRM platforms like Planhat or Salesforce
