Client Executive - Healthcare Payer (Remote)
We are looking for a client‑facing executive to oversee the P&L, revenue growth, and client satisfaction across assigned healthcare payer accounts. The role blends remote and hybrid work with travel as needed.
Job Responsibilities- Act as a healthcare industry expert, understanding business drivers such as revenue generation, margin levers, cost levers, and industry trends.
- Manage client relationships, grow and improve client/customer relationships, implement change, and leverage technology for competitive advantage.
- Analyze competitors, their client sponsors, agendas, and develop counter‑strategies.
- Navigate large, complex, geographically dispersed organizations at the C‑level.
- Own P&L of approximately $15M with strong forecasting and growth strategies.
- Structure deals that align with client interests and business objectives and move them from structuring to close.
- Create awareness and interest in NTT DATA Services, develop regional account planning efforts and strategic account plans.
- Collaborate to develop new marketable solutions and offerings.
- Minimum 5 years of experience building, managing, and measuring a full‑cycle, virtual or geographically dispersed sales organization with an annual TCV exceeding $15M.
- Minimum 5 years in the healthcare industry with knowledge of business drivers (revenue generation, margin levers, cost levers, and trends).
- Minimum 5 years of experience selling NTT Data‑type solutions and IT services to healthcare clients.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in client management, growing and improving client/customer relationships.
- 5 years selling IT services into healthcare, biotechnology or life science.
- 5 years selling SAP, applications, infrastructure, data intelligence, and staff augmentation.
Salary range: $109,688 – $253,906 annually, with potential incentive compensation based on individual and company performance.
