About the RoleThis is not a traditional support‑style Customer Success role. As Customer Success Manager for Germany, you will:
- Own a portfolio of key customers
- Ensure they achieve measurable value from our solutions
- Drive renewals and expansion
- Represent PFM in the German market
- Identify and convert new business opportunities
- Own Customer Outcomes, including building long‑term partnerships with operational and senior stakeholders, developing clear success plans with measurable goals, leading structured business reviews, and translating data into practical commercial recommendations.
- Drive Retention & Expansion by managing renewals, preventing churn, identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, leading value‑led commercial conversations, and contributing to revenue growth within existing accounts.
- Generate New Business by attending trade shows, conferences and industry events, engaging potential new customers, following up proactively on leads, and converting opportunities into long‑term partnerships.
- 3–7+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development or consulting
- Experience working with B2B recurring revenue models
- Strong commercial instinct and negotiation confidence
- Ability to turn data into strategic business discussions
- Fluent German and English
- Experience in SaaS, analytics, retail, mobility or smart infrastructure is beneficial but not essential.
