Regional Credit Sales Manager - West

Role Summary

This field sales position is responsible for selling regional and club-level client leadership on the benefits of our products so that they will, in turn, drive product engagement and execute in‑club strategies to achieve or exceed credit goals. The role requires maintaining relationships through effective and timely communication, attending market/store meetings, developing in‑store product execution strategies and action plans, and ensuring regional strategies are rolled out to clubs.

The territory includes ElPaso, TX, Albuquerque, NM and surrounding areas. The position is based from a home office in ElPaso or Albuquerque and requires significant travel via company car.

• Drive application volume to meet or exceed goals, measured as a percent increase to the operating plan.
• Exceed customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding established client satisfaction survey target goals.
• Enhance implementation of in‑store marketing programs; conduct ongoing training.
• Develop credit awareness programs with store/market management.
• Audit signage and point‑of‑sale material for compliance and communicate issues accordingly.
• Support Client Program Manager and client team initiatives.
• Compile and present results of ongoing credit programs; manage travel and marketing budgets.
• Attend or support store opening and relocation events.
• Develop and maintain key external client relationships at the store, market, and regional levels.
• Maximize and leverage credit support and commitment at the store level.
• Develop an annual marketing plan for stores to support business goals.
• Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience working in the financial services field or retail store management; or high‑school diploma/GED and 5+ years of experience in the same fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of field or outside sales experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of client‑relationship‑management experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience developing presentations and pitching to all levels of management.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Willingness to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation, and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process.
• Ability to satisfy the requirements of Section
  19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.

• Private‑label sales and marketing experience is a plus.

Salary range: $75,000–$130,000 per year. The role includes eligibility for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance. The position requires a home office in ElPaso, TX or Albuquerque, NM with significant travel (up to 75%) through a company car.
