Territory Business Manager – Erie, Pennsylvania
Dexcom seeks a dynamic Territory Business Manager to drive sales of its continuous glucose monitoring products across the Erie, Pennsylvania region. The role involves building relationships with physicians, nurses, pharmacies, and durable medical equipment providers, and implementing Dexcom's sales strategy to increase market share.
Responsibilities- Influence and support CGM physicians, diabetes education nurses, other healthcare professionals, hospital administrators, and durable medical equipment providers to prescribe Dexcom products.
- Train healthcare professionals on Dexcom product use and integration into practice.
- Represent Dexcom at local, regional, and national trade shows and diabetes exhibits to promote products.
- Provide education to pharmacies within the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with market access, trade, government affairs, district, and territory sales teams to facilitate territory sales growth.
- Increase Dexcom’s market share and meet or exceed district/territory sales targets and KPIs.
- Implement Dexcom strategy and monitor progress towards sales goals using the company's analytical tools.
- Take responsibility for meeting territory sales goals as assigned.
- Complete all administrative requirements in a timely manner as directed by management.
- Maintain a valid state driver’s license, automobile insurance, and satisfactory driving record.
- Use flexible scheduling, including weekends and evenings, when required.
- Preferred:
Previous medical and pharmaceutical sales experience with a strong record of sales success. - Considered:
Non‑medical and pharmaceutical sales experience. - Knowledge of the diabetes disease state is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of related experience.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with district and territory sales teams.
Travel required:
50% to 75% of the time.
Work from a home office; relocation within 75 miles of a Dexcom site may allow a hybrid arrangement.
CompensationSalary Range: $87,000 – $145,000.
