Territory Manager

In this position, your focus will be on building and maintaining strong and sustainable relationships with potential and existing customers in the Krefeld
- Mnchengladbach
- Aachen region. It is important that you are able to provide our customers with a high level of support and service and meet or exceed the expected economic goals. As a territory manager, you will work in the field, via home office, and will be in regular contact with the sales team and your colleagues at Applied Medical.

Your tasks include:

• Your contacts are chief and senior doctors, operating room staff, and decision-makers in the purchasing departments of hospitals
• You are responsible for maintaining existing customer relationships
• You support our customers in the selection, introduction, and application of our products in the operating room
• You have the regional responsibility for the quantitative and qualitative quarterly and annual goals
• You organize congresses and training for doctors and medical staff
• You work closely with the team and the national sales manager to plan and create effective business plans and sales strategies
• You cooperate with customer service regarding customer inquiries, offers, and orders

What you bring:

• Experience in a similar position with a proven track record, ideally in the medical industry or in the operating room environment
• You have (medical) technical understanding
• Communication skills in German and English
• Independent and customer-oriented working style
• High-impact communicator with integrity
• Ideally, you live in the region
