Broadridge is experiencing strong growth, and we are seeking an Account Executive to join our team either in Chicago, IL and New York, NY. This role is considered hybrid: you’ll be doing your sales work in the local area and have flexibility to work from home.
Responsibilities- Identify and pursue senior‑level executives at law firms, banks, PE and VC firms, responsible for the capital markets products and services offered by Broadridge.
- Develop a strategy to identify the client’s needs and deliver the appropriate Broadridge solution.
- Build and maintain relationships that direct capital market opportunities and deals to Broadridge.
- Articulate and present the Broadridge value proposition for corporate issuer solutions, including disclosure document creation and filing (primary focus and expertise), proxy/annual meeting, and transfer agency.
- Collaborate with the Regional Manager and his team of Corporate Issuer Territory Managers and Transfer Agent Specialists in a team‑selling environment to enable Broadridge to pursue and close capital market opportunities.
- Negotiate and implement contracts with clients that are best aligned with our pricing parameters and approach.
- Establish internal client service and operational support to fully address the clients’ needs, ultimately building the best client experience possible.
- Maintain accurate and current records of contact activity, sales leads and opportunity creation with a robust CRM platform ().
- Experience with in the financial printing, composition and filing areas is a plus.
- Ability to create results individually and in collaboration with others.

- Well‑organized, detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and capable of working independently and remotely.
- Willingness to take personal responsibility for customer experience and satisfaction.

- Base salary range: $90,000 - $120,000 depending on experience. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on candidate qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the total package that compensates and recognizes employees for their work; this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units.
- Commissions: approximately $40,000 - $75,000.
