Position: PROPERTY MANAGEMENT BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND LEASING

Leasing and Business Development Manager Position for a residential property management company in Los Angeles (great opportunity to work from home for a hardworking individual with home office and excellent time management skills).

Basic function:
Assist in expanding our office in the Los Angeles area for LA's fastest-growing property management brand. The agent must be willing to drive within a 25‑mile radius of Sherman Oaks.

Business Development
  • Contact prospects within 5 minutes of receiving a lead. A sense of urgency is a must.
  • Locate or propose potential owner prospects by contacting inbound inquiries, discovering, and exploring opportunities.
  • Close new business deals by developing and negotiating contracts.
  • Advise landlords on how to quickly lease their homes with a quality tenant and provide repair recommendations.
Leasing
  • Take 3‑D Matterport virtual tour.
  • Negotiate with landlords to rent the property quickly.
  • Conduct move‑in inspection.
Qualifications
  • A great attitude; we will train for skills.
  • Willingness to work on some weekends.
  • California real‑estate license.
  • Own transportation and willingness to attend 1–3 meetings/field tasks per day.
  • Self‑motivated with exceptional communication skills and the ability to interact with a wide range of people.
Experience
  • Business development – 2 years (preferred)
  • Sales – 2 years (preferred)
