Position: Virtual Assistant / Appointment Setter (Home Remodeling Lead Conversion Specialist)

We are a fast-growing marketing agency that generates qualified appointments for kitchen and bathroom remodeling companies across the United States. We are hiring a full-time Virtual Assistant / Appointment Setter to join our team and help contact, follow up, and convert inbound homeowner leads into booked appointments. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with long-term growth potential inside a performance-driven team.

Responsibilities
  • Call new leads quickly after they come in
  • Send SMS follow-ups and manually respond to text conversations
  • Qualify homeowners using a simple script
  • Book appointments into the calendar
  • Confirm appointment details
  • Follow up with missed calls and warm leads
  • Maintain accurate CRM updates and lead notes
Working Hours
  • Must be available full-time (40 hours per week) during US business hours.
  • Primary working window: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET).
  • Peak priority hours: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM ET.
Key Expectations

Speed-to-lead is critical – contact leads within 1–5 minutes when possible. Please include your availability in US Eastern Time when applying.

Requirements
  • Must be available full-time (40 hours/week).
  • Must have a laptop or desktop computer.
  • Must have a reliable smartphone for calls/texts.
  • Must have a stable internet connection.
  • Must be fluent and confident in spoken English.
  • Must be able to communicate professionally with US homeowners.
  • Must have experience using CRMs (Go High Level  experience is a strong plus).
  • Must be comfortable with sales conversations and follow-up messaging.
  • Must be able to send voice recordings for QA and training.
  • Must be reliable, responsive, and detail-oriented.
KPIs
  • Speed to lead (response time).
  • Number of calls made per day.
  • Number of conversations held.
  • Number of appointments booked.
  • Appointment show‑up rate.
  • CRM accuracy and communication quality.
Compensation
  • Starting salary: $750 USD per month.
  • Performance-based pay increases over time.
  • Bonuses based on booked appointments and performance metrics.
  • Long‑term growth opportunity for top performers.
