Job Overview
The Medical Specialist (Sales Representative), Pulmonology (MS) will be responsible for engaging pulmonologists and other key customers within an assigned geography, presenting clinically focused selling messages to create and grow revenue, and consistently delivering product goals. The MS will demonstrate strong and consistent sales performance that exceeds forecast and product expectations while operating in a compliant manner with a high degree of integrity, strictly following Regeneron policies and all U.S. regulations governing the promotion of pharmaceutical and biologic products.

Bethesda, MD – the representative must reside within the territory.
- Develop strategy and implement tactics within key accounts in pulmonary therapeutic areas to generate product utilization.
- Establish and foster strong relationships with pulmonary healthcare professionals, including physicians, advanced practitioners, nurses, office staff, and key patient advocacy groups.
- Collaborate with regional colleagues, field-based and home office teams to proactively address customer needs.
- Analyze market dynamics and trends to develop strategies that support brand and corporate objectives.
- Participate in initiatives such as industry congresses, local and regional meetings, and medical conferences to support sales success.
- Bachelor’s degree (required); minimum 5 years pharmaceutical sales experience, including at least 2 years selling in the respiratory market or a similar subcutaneous self‑injectable biologic specialty market.
- Advanced clinically‑based selling skills and a proven track record of success with product launches.
- Experience in in‑servicing and training office staff, nurses, and office managers, and the ability to partner with internal field teams and alliance partners.
- Ability to travel and cover large geographic territories.
