Position Summary
Join Amplity, a full‑service partner for biopharma companies. The Hybrid Sales Representative (HSR) engages healthcare professionals through telephone, virtual, or in‑person conversations to promote assigned client products, maximize sales, and meet program and client objectives. The HSR maintains relationships with HCPs, educates them on product features, benefits, safety profiles, and approved indications, uses approved promotional tools, and collaborates with client field‑based teams and management.
The HSR may work in multiple territories and is paid a salary of approximately $140K‑$145K.
- Manage daily sales call activity to influence customers and increase sales.
- Promote client product(s) via telephone, virtual, or in‑person engagements, conducting in‑depth product discussions with assigned HCP targets.
- Profile and manage a targeted list of HCPs and provide value‑added benefits to grow sales volume.
- Create and implement business plans to achieve territory and business sales goals.
- Maintain call productivity and metrics as required by the program.
- Achieve quarterly client sales quotas.
- Communicate effectively and persuasively with customers using selling, listening, and negotiation skills while using approved promotional aids.
- Respond appropriately to customer needs and questions within program timelines.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of client product(s) and program.
- Complete required data entry in Amplity/Client CRM systems, capturing target responses, call activity, product orders, and follow‑up actions.
- Partner with client field sales account managers and client sales managers to plan territory coverage.
- Participate in teleconferences, live national, regional, and district meetings, training sessions, and conventions.
- Travel as required for field calls, including driving and flying, up to 70% during start‑up periods.
- Comply with all laws, regulations, Amplity policies, the Code of Conduct, privacy and data guidelines, and relevant state and federal laws.
- Prepare reports for management and participate in other assigned projects.
Reports to Amplity Program Manager and collaborates closely with team members and home‑office support; maintains positive relationships with customers and client contacts.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 5+ years of pharmaceutical specialty sales experience.
- Oncology experience preferred.
- Demonstrated success achieving key performance metrics and consistently driving sales growth.
- Compliance focused.
- Effective influence in person and virtually.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Technical aptitude and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; ability to leverage digital technology for remote work.
- Previous account and territory management experience, meeting or exceeding sales metrics.
- Highly adaptable with strong analytical skills for competitive landscapes.
- Self‑motivated, disciplined, able to work independently or collaboratively.
- Strong organizational and planning skills; able to handle multiple tasks.
- Successfully pass all Amplity and client required training.
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
- Flexibility to cover multiple time zones and travel as needed.
Representatives may need to submit and maintain credentials such as training, vaccinations, and other documentation to gain access to hospitals or healthcare providers. Geographic jurisdictions may require a representative license.
