Account Executive - Professional Liability; Remote Sales

The Account Executive is responsible for promoting and selling assigned Pearl Insurance coverage to potential clients via phone, email, mail, and fax, and for servicing clients during their first year of policy coverage.

Prioritize sales leads from sources such as the Monthly Sales Funnel, Daily Activity Report, and website leads. Maintain a high volume of client contact, employ marketing campaigns and advertising to meet monthly and annual sales goals in a defined territory, present quotes or estimates, close sales, and gain market intelligence when sales cannot be closed. Facilitate the application and underwriting process by sending applications, finalizing forms, and following up for additional information.

Document sales activities in the CRM system and build and maintain client relationships by responding to various questions, needs, and requests.

• Associate degree in business management, marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of previous sales and/or customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to interface effectively at all levels within an organization.
• Property and Casualty insurance license required or the ability to obtain one.
• Regular use of a personal computer, including familiarity with CRM systems, e‑storage solutions, Adobe or Foxit PDF, and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).

Hourly pay range: $24.04 – $24.04. In addition, the role is eligible for a monthly commission plan.
