SALES INTERN – TRAVEL RETAIL EUROPE & AFRICA

As a Sales Intern, you will support the Sales team in driving the commercial performance of leading beauty brands across the Travel Retail Europe & Africa region. In a dynamic international environment, you will contribute to key commercial projects and support business growth through your analytical skills, proactivity, and autonomy.
Key Responsibilities- Data Analysis & Reporting:
Prepare monthly Sell‑Out analyses, business performance reports, update trackers, benchmark prices, consolidate promotional plans, produce launch and collection reports, conduct ad‑hoc analyses. - Sales Account Support:
Update retailer master data for launches, manage product assortment files, prepare launch toolkits, handle retailer information requests, coordinate events and animations, support account management activities, manage office orders. - Merchandising & Commercial Operations:
Support POS materials, GWPs, testers, samples; maintain trackers, coordinate shipments for launches and openings, maintain price lists and commercial databases, support cross‑functional projects.
- Strong collaboration and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills.
- Proactive, autonomous, enthusiastic learner with excellent communication.
- Fluent in English.
- University or Business School graduate.
- Experience in sales, trade marketing, and beauty or travel retail is a plus.
- Competitive salary plus lunch allowance, annual local public transport pass, 25 holiday days + 3 floating days.
- Up to 50% remote work flexibility.
The team includes 4 Area Sales Managers and 1 Key Account Manager, collaborating with Merchandising, Marketing, Training and Finance.
