Responsibilities- School Channel Development:
Leveraging your existing industry resources or exceptional network, independently develop partnerships with private and international schools. Drive product procurement by pitching directly to school leadership teams (Head of Schools, Board Members, Admissions Directors, and Heads of University Counselling). - Vision & Value Delivery:
Do more than sell an AI software product; articulate our vision of "AI‑empowered education" with sincerity and professional acumen. Transform a monthly subscription into an indispensable higher‑education empowerment solution for schools, managing the entire lifecycle from initial commercial consultation to contract signing and implementation. - Relationship Management & Retention:
Build long‑term, mutually trusted partnerships with school decision‑makers. By delivering proactive, long‑term premium support, ensure high renewal rates and drive organic word‑of‑mouth advocacy. - Regional Market Presence:
Conduct local school visits and represent the company at key regional EdTech and international school conferences. Gather first‑hand market feedback to help our core team continuously optimize the product.
- Proven Track Record & Network in Private & International Schools (Hard Requirement). Must have a successful, verifiable track record in B2B business development, admissions, or product rollouts targeting private and international schools in Singapore or Southeast Asia.
- Mobility & Flexibility:
Must embrace local travel for face‑to‑face school leadership meetings and occasional regional travel. - Language & Cultural Fluency:
Full professional proficiency in English is required. Native or professional proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage, given our cross‑border integration and communication with the founding core team. - Strong Self‑Drive & Commercial Negotiation
Skills:
This is an autonomous role where you will manage yourself and own your outcomes. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, and the persistence to turn a "No" into a "Yes", are essential.
