American Home Design is hiring part-time remote Call Center Agents to make outbound calls from 11am to 7:30pm, scheduling appointments for our sales team. You will work from home with a supportive team, using scripts to engage homeowners.
You will be responsible for overcoming objections, maintaining a positive attitude, and meeting appointment goals while updating the CRM with conversation notes. A strong communicator with resilience will thrive in this role.
