HIRING: REAL ESTATE VA w/ GHL Experience

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Real Estate Virtual Assistant with experience in lead generation, lead nurturing, appointment setting, and basic Go High Level  (GHL) management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and engaging potential leads, nurturing prospects through the sales pipeline, and booking appointments for UAE-based real estate brokers and developers.

• Generate and nurture leads using Go High Level  (GHL)
• Set qualified appointments for real estate brokers and developers
• Source new leads from Facebook, Whats App, Discord, Telegram, and other online communities
• Generate inquiries by posting, engaging, and networking on Reddit, Quora, Threads, and similar platforms
• Conduct outbound outreach through Whats App, email, and phone calls
• Follow up with prospects and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process
• Update and maintain accurate lead records within GHL
• Assist in managing lead pipelines and ensuring timely follow-ups
• Collaborate with the client to improve lead generation and conversion strategies

• Previous experience in lead generation, lead nurturing, and appointment setting
• Basic working knowledge of Go High Level  (GHL)
• Experience in real estate, property sales, or a related industry is preferred
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Comfortable conducting outbound outreach through calls, emails, and messaging platforms
• Experience using Facebook, Whats App, Discord, Telegram, Reddit, Quora, Threads, and similar platforms for lead generation
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple conversations simultaneously
• Reliable internet connection and suitable remote work setup
• Must be available to work Dubai business hours (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM GST)

• $4-$5/hour
• Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available
