We’re a State Farm agency in Chandler, AZ looking for an Arizona‑licensed Property & Casualty insurance producer to join our small, focused team. This is a full‑time, Monday–Friday role with no weekends, a $40,000 base salary plus bonus opportunities, and paid time off/holidays. We’re looking for someone who is self‑managed, confident on the phone, and comfortable with high‑volume customer contact and rejection.

Prior insurance or sales experience is preferred but not required; an active AZ P&C license is required and we’re only interviewing licensed candidates at this time.

• Schedule:
  
  Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a 30‑minute lunch.
• No weekend work.
• Hybrid work‑from‑home may be possible at times, but not in the first year and should not be an expectation.
• Your success and income will be measured by your results.
• Compensation: $40,000 per year base salary + bonus opportunities.
• Pay dates: 5th and 20th of each month.

Above‑average computer and phone skills are necessary, as your job requires you to email and communicate with potential customers consistently.
