Sr. Employee Benefits Account Manager

As our newest Employee Benefits Client Manager, you will work alongside a nationwide network of experts dedicated to delivering seamless execution and superior client experiences.

Experience:
5-7+ years employee benefits account manager experience with a retail brokerage/independent agent - Industry Knowledge: Experience with self-funded, level-funded, and fully insured groups. Group sizes 200-1000 lives
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with Benefit Point is a huge plus
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, organization, and time management abilities
- Client Partnership: Primary client relationship manager building trusting relationships with clear expectations
- Renewal Management: Lead the renewal lifecycle and work closely with carriers
- Management: Arrange and lead meetings between carriers and clients for enrollments
- Presentation: Assist with preparing materials for benefit presentations
