Location:

Pierce, King, Thurston & Snohomish Counties (Full-Time)

• Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments
• Perform home comfort and indoor air quality assessments
• Identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency and HVAC performance
• Prepare professional estimates and proposals
• Educate customers on available solutions
• Follow up on outstanding estimates
• Build relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
• Generate your own opportunities through networking and community involvement
• Work closely with operations team to ensure an exceptional customer experience

• Attic insulation
• Crawl space insulation and restoration
• Vapor barriers and encapsulation
• Aeroseal duct sealing
• Air duct cleaning
• Dryer vent cleaning
• HVAC system cleaning
• Duct repairs and replacement
• Indoor Air Quality solutions
• Ventilation improvements
• Energy efficiency upgrades

Base salary plus scaled commission. Total range: $100,000–$200,000.

• Residential in‑home sales experience
• HVAC, insulation, remodeling, restoration, or home improvement sales experience

• Comfortable using tablets and CRM software
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
